Hi Nancy and Annie, I like traditional quilts and primitive quilts the best. Art quilts are just not my cup of tea. I am off to hobo quilt class tomorrow and knitting. HUgs Cheri

They are all so beautiful. I love the one in the 7th photo. I'm kind of with you on the art quilts. I don't want to just look at them, I want to curl up in them. Give me grandmas ratty old patchwork quilt anytime.

I love looking at all the quilt and I love to make appliqué quilts because I can work on one block at a time and it feels like embroidery to me. I used to embroider when I was a young girl.

The blue and white quilt in the 12th photo caught my eye because I made a quilt with the same pattern all over as the second block from the first row on the left side but the bird was not in the pattern.
Thanks, I appreciate you showing us those nice quilts.
Hugs,
JB

The quilts are just beautiful, a lovely display. The first quilt, the star quilt is my favorite. My late mother inlaw was a beautiful hand pieced quilter, me I flunked out of quilting class! I stick with primitive rug hooking LOL. Greetings from Maine, Julie.
