Quilting away

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and as usual I have been having a creative time in my life. No matter how old you are you can make create and enjoy art.It can be a garden a hooked rug maybe quilts painting and photography a million possibilities.
There is something about the heart of some lucky  people that love to work with their hands I am one of them. This last year I have worked on two large quilts which have consumed all of my time.I have enjoyed photography and meeting with my rughooking friends and of course working on my garden.

Life is so simple find something that you love and be around people who care about you and think the
best of you always and then you will smile like I am today. I am dropping my little grandson back to  his parents and getting ready to go camping for Thanksgiving, hugs Cheri
Oh yes I am bringing a rughooking pattern to work on.

Love, love, love your blog! I am also a big fan of Larkrise and wish the series had continued for much longer. I am behind in reading blogs but trying to catch up. I have enjoyed seeing your wonderful photos and crafts. I have added you to my blog list so I can visit you often. Blessings!

What a lovely post. I take some hand stitching to work with me to work on during down time. I hope you are enjoying camping.

Hi Cathy , I always bring something to work on while camping . I have neglected my rug hooking lately but it feels great to be hooking again.
